What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — five full days a week, including a full Friday. We're closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We welcome new patients of every age — children, teens, adults, and seniors. Schedule online or call 540-902-0205 to set up your first visit.

Where exactly are you located?

We're at 81 Franklin Street in Weyers Cave, VA, just off I-81 — about 15 minutes north of Staunton and 15 minutes south of Harrisonburg.

Do you speak Spanish? / ¿Hablan español?

Yes. We're a bilingual practice — patients can request their entire visit in Spanish, including paperwork, treatment discussion, and consent forms. ¡Sí, hablamos español!

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. We'll verify your specific benefits before treatment so you'll know your share of cost in advance. Visit our Insurance Information page for the current list.

What if I don't have dental insurance?

We offer the Virginia Dental Club — an in-house membership plan with a flat annual fee covering two cleanings, exams, X-rays, and 20% off most additional treatment. No deductibles, no claim forms.

Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?

Yes. We offer nitrous oxide ('laughing gas') for mild anxiety and oral sedation for stronger relief. Both are safe, well-established options. Just let us know when you book that you'd like to discuss sedation.

How do I handle a dental emergency?

Call us at 540-902-0205 during clinical hours and we'll get you in the same day whenever possible. After hours, head to the nearest ER if you can't wait until morning.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Photo ID, your dental insurance card or Virginia Dental Club membership info, a list of current medications (including supplements), and any prior dental records if you have them.

How early should I arrive?

About 10 minutes before your first appointment to complete the brief health history. You can also fill out paperwork ahead of time on our patient registration page.

Do you treat children?

Yes — we provide pediatric dentistry for children of all ages. We recommend the first visit around age 1 or when the first tooth appears, whichever comes first.

Do you offer Invisalign?

Yes, Dr. Nair is an Invisalign provider. We use digital scanning (no goop, no impressions) to design your aligners. Most cases run 12–18 months.
